Offerize

Collect · Screen · Tailor

Get a shortlist of jobs that fit you, each with a CV tailored to it.

Start with the roles you want and where you can work, and preview what Offerize would find.

01

New postings, collected for you

Choose job titles and where you want to work. Offerize keeps searching LinkedIn, Indeed and remote job boards and gathers what’s new in one list.

02

Screened against what you want

Describe the job you’re after in your own words and pick filters like levels and languages. AI rates how well each posting fits, so the best matches come first, and the rest go to Filtered out with the reason.

03

A tailored CV for each posting

Offerize asks about the gaps between your CV and a posting, then rewrites your CV for it from your real experience, never invented. Download it as a PDF.

04

Cover letters and alerts

Draft a cover letter for any posting in your own style, and get new matches by email or in Telegram if you like.

Questions before you start

What do I need to get started?

Nothing for the preview above. Once you create an account, Offerize asks what you’re looking for in your own words and for your CV, which it tailors for each posting.

Does Offerize apply for me?

No. You pick the jobs worth it, download the tailored CV and apply on the employer’s site. Mark a job applied to keep track of where each application stands.

Who can see my data?

Only you. Your CV goes to the AI only to tailor it, never to job boards or employers, and deleting your account in Settings removes everything at once. Details are in the Privacy notice.

Which languages does it work in?

The app is in English, German, Spanish, French, Italian and Portuguese, and screening keeps only postings in languages you can work in. Tailored CVs are written in English.
